Tish Cyrus-Purcell is a talent manager, producer, and actress known for launching the careers of her daughters, Miley and Noah Cyrus. She co-founded HopeTown Entertainment and has managed both daughters since the start of their careers. Tish has also worked as an executive producer on film, TV, and podcast projects. Beyond her family, she's known for her roles in LOL (2012), The Last Song (2010), and So Undercover (2012).
