Biography
Alex Alcântara is a Brazilian actor, screenwriter, and director. He has worked in film and theater since 2021, developing original projects and participating in independent productions. His acting credits include Disciplina, directed by Affonso Uchôa, Um Dia Fora do Tempo, directed by Augusto Brasil, and Madorna, directed by Higor Gomes. In addition to acting, he directed the short film O Parque no Vale dos Sonhos, created the dramaturgy and directed the stage play Memórias Póstumas de uma Travesti, worked as an Assistant Director on CELEBRAI, directed by Maick Hannder, and served as Art Director on the feature film Perto da Meia-Noite, also directed by Maick Hannder. He is currently developing his first documentary short, O Corpo Estranho.

Kelly, a young teacher, starts working at a public school on the outskirts of Contagem. Idealistic, she tries to push for a change, but ends up going too far. During a lesson, she gets into an argument with Nicolas, a young student. The quarrel brings some learning: Kelly learns that, on the outskirts of Brazil, the exception is the rule; and Nicolas learns that only by tearing down the present can the future be seen.
