Michael Henricus Maria "Michel" van Hulten (9 March 1930 – 1 December 2025) was a Dutch politician. As a member of the Political Party of Radicals (PPR) he was a member of the Dutch parliament and he was the undersecretary of the Minister of Transport in Joop den Uyl's cabinet.

This documentary was shot in 2018 and 2019 within the walls of The Hague Binnenhof and examines how our democracy works and shows that it is under considerable pressure. The Binnenhof now looks different in the corona era. It has also become quieter there and people keep their distance, but the question whether and how our democracy will survive is just as important as before.
