Wilhelmus Simon Petrus (Pim) Fortuyn (Velsen, 19 February 1948 – Hilversum, 6 May 2002) was a Dutch scientist, administrator, politician and author who became widely known as the lead candidate of the political party Leefbaar Nederland and later the Lijst Pim Fortuyn (LPF).
