John J. Pistone
Biography
John J. Pistone is an American actor, writer, director, and producer. He grew up in Arkansas but has lived in New York, Toronto, Florida and California. During the nineties he wrote and produced several "product-driven" television series. During this time he created and produced Mejorando Su Hogar, the first Spanish language home improvement television series to air in US markets. The show ran for five seasons. He is a graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He is the founder and artistic director of Bold Theatre in LA and his first full-length play, Shut-Up, which he also directed, premiered there in March 2022. He proudly served in the US Navy's Combat Camera Unit Pacific Fleet and is an Iraqi war veteran.
