Biography
Andrew Kim (born July 12, 1982) is an American politician and former diplomat serving as the U.S. representative from New Jersey's 3rd congressional district. The district encompasses Philadelphia's eastern suburbs along southern and central New Jersey. Kim is the first Democratic member of Congress of Korean descent, and the second overall after Jay Kim (no relation).
