Biography
Born in 1991 in Leeds, Gemma Dobson is a British actress whose TV credits include the second series of Kay Mellor's In The Club, ITV's Brief Encounters and the Jimmy McGovern TV film Care. In 2017 she made her stage debut as Sue in the revival of Andrea Dunbar's play Rita, Sue and Bob Too, for which she won a 2018 Stage Debut award for Best Actress in a Play. She followed this up with the role of Jo in the Oldham Coliseum's production of A Taste of Honey.
