From Wikipedia: Birgit Berthold is a German actress. Berthold grew up near Wittenberg. She graduated from high school in 1977 and then worked with children with disabilities. At the same time, she was active at the theater in Lutherstadt Wittenberg. From 1980 to 1983, she studied acting at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts. She worked at the theaters in Schwedt/Oder and Gera. Since 1990, she has been a member of the ensemble at the Theater an der Parkaue.
