Robert Ray Manning Jr. is an American actor, producer and director. His acting roles in film include The Drummer (2020), The Chaperone (2018, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2013), Kate & Leopold (2001), and Disappearing Acts (2000). His acting roles on TV series include The Time Traveler's Wife (2022), Madam Secretary (2018), Blue Bloods (2017), Elementary (2015), The Good Wife (2015), Blindspot (2015), The Blacklist (2014), Southland (2009), The Unit (2006), Criminal Minds (2006), NCIS (2005), Numb3rs (2005), and Now and Again (1999), among others.
